MESSRING Managing Director Robert Weber Announces Retirement

Highly respected Crash Test expert and MESSRING Managing Director Robert Weber has retired from active professional life on December 31, 2022. With 42 years on the company side - 35 of them as Managing Director. According to the company headquartered very close to Munich, the electrical engineering graduate has played a vital role in shaping and managing MESSRING's successful path over the past decades.


A company spokesman commented that the Munich-born engineer has driven the company's success with his inventive spirit and determination and has repeatedly played a pioneering role in further developing test equipment for active and passive vehicle safety on a global scale.

In the future, Robert Weber will continue to support MESSRING in an advisory capacity and contribute his experience and technical expertise, especially for new and further product developments. MESSRING GmbH is now under the leadership and direction of Dierk Arp as the sole Managing Director.
